Directions:
1) Place 500g of icing mix into a grease free mixing bowl. Add 5-6 tbsp (75ml-90ml) of water and beat at medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
2) Keep covered with damp cloth or plastic wrap when not in use. Icing keeps up to 3 days unrefrigerated.
Note: to make a thinner icing, beat in 1 tsp(5ml) water at a time until desired consistency reached. If icing is too thin, add 1 Tbsp (15ml) of icing sugar until desired consistency reached.
